Core Group Competition Surf Training is for those who are committed to competition surfing. The core surf instruction and coaching is designed for intermediate and advanced surfers.
The Core Group Surf Training program tackles the complexities of surfing in competitive events. Teaching surfers core advantage techniques including; fundamental rules, Organized Competitive Surfing Associations guidelines and governing rules, core competition stratagies, wave positioning, aggressive paddling procedures, surfing performance necessities, advanced surfing performance, strategic wave selection, wave priority rules and strategies and much more.
Surf coaching and training opportunities are for surfers who are active in organized surfing competitions; S3, WSA, ESA, GSA Primes etc..
